Dr.  Phillip A. Howard

Dr. Phillip Howard is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Valley Bible Church where he celebrated thirty nine years of ministry in October of 2010.  This church is a growing community of believers located in Hercules, California in the San Francisco East Bay Area. They have seen a church grow from the original nineteen to some fifteen hundred people. Prior to establishing Valley Bible Church in 1971, Dr. Howard taught at a local bible college and was an itinerate speaker.
